Ianto is an almost one-year-old Russian Dwarf Hamster, named after an equally cute character from BBC’s Torchwood.  Ianto shows as much attitude as your typical Russian and then some, if he is unhappy, he will tell you by trying to punch whatever it is that’s upsetting him with his paws.  This might include your hand, or it may be something he’s discovered he has to work at to eat or play with as he also incredibly lazy.  Ianto also does not muck about in regards to the end of the world as he always has a stash of food saved for the Apocalypse.  If you think this is typical hamster behavior, take a look at his stock pile, he is most definitely ready for the end.
